Carol (Pohl) Bennett, 79 of Bridgeport passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2023.  She was born September 23, 1943, in Poland.  She was Christian by faith.

Carol was retired from Cumberland Point Nursing Facility in the house keeping department, a member of the ASPCA.  She was a lady of many talents and interest however her greatest joy came from spending time with her family and friends, she is now resting in the arms of her Lord and Savior, reunited with the love of her life her husband Charles.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Charles B. Bennett in 2015, and a brother, Manfred Pohl.

Left to cherish her memory are her son; Scott Bennett of McKees Rocks, PA and brothers; Ulrich and Rudolf Pohl both of Germany.

Family will receive friends on Friday, February 17, 2023, from 4-8 at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 Nation Rd., Brookside.
