Carol Ann (Post) Toland, 83 of St. Clairsville, OH formerly of Martins Ferry, passed away, Thursday, May 22, 2025. She was born October 21, 1941, in Martins Ferry, the daughter of the late George and Ina (Ferrell) Post.

Carol retired from the former Marx Toy Factor in Glen Dale, WV.  She was Apostolic Pentecostal by faith.

Carol was a loving, devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who dedicated the same level of love and care to her family members as well as any friend she met.

In addition to her husband, John Toland, she was preceded in death by, stepchildren, John and Cathy Toland, great grandchildren, Coraline Knicely, Clayton "C.J." Talbert, Jr., siblings, Reta Coen, Flora Post, Romie Post, Ina Mae Kuhn, Sandra Post, Kathy Smith, and Cheryl Bennett.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Donna (Steven) Graves of New Mexico, stepdaughter, Diana Callahan of Florida, sister, Linda (George) Tice of Jacobsburg, and brother, Roger Post of NC, 6 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren complete her family.

Family and friends will be received Tuesday, May 27, 2025, from 4-8pm at the Wilson Funeral Home – Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH. Funeral service will be Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 11am at the funeral home with the Rev. James Hoff officiating.  Burial to follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH.
