Carol J. Manukin Wiggins, 55, of Bellaire, died Friday September 11, 2009 at Belmont Community Hospital, Bellaire. She was born October 21, 1953 in Martins Ferry, the daughter of the late Carl and Margaret "Peggy" (Husselbee) Manukin. Carol was a member of the Lansing United Methodist Church and she was a cashier at the St. Clairsville Kroger store. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Carl (Butchie) Manukin Jr. (1973) and John Manukin (2003). Carol is survived by her husband, Charles and two daughters, Jennifer Wiggins of Bellaire and Jessica Kovalski Jr. and her husband Michael of Bellaire, and her Mother-in-law Olga Wiggins of Shadyside. Visitation will be on Monday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, where services will be held at 10 am on Tuesday with Rev. David Demarest officiating. Interment will follow at Linwood Cemetery, Blaine. Memorial contribution may be made to Neffs Volunteer Fire Department, 2450 Belmont St., Bellaire, Oh 43906.
