CAROLINE V. NEDVED, 80, of Dillonvale, died Sunday, June 29, 2008 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. She was born November 19, 1927 in Dillonvale, the daughter of the late Joseph Dolezal and Anna (Vitr) Dolezal Neubert. Caroline retired from Nickles Bakery in 1989. She was a member of Mt. Pleasant Friends Church and was an avid bingo player and loved to crochet. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Nedved; two brothers Jerry and Joseph Dolezal; five sisters Agnes Grammar, Anna Shartz, Barbara Adler, Rose Klapka and Mary Turose. Caroline is survived by a daughter Linda ""Lynn"" Yanda and her husband Kirk of Dillonvale; two grandchildren Roz and Ron Zifzal with whom Caroline resided in Dillonvale; as well as her beloved dog Inky. Visitation will be Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 pm and Thursday 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 154 Second St., Dillonvale, where funeral services will be held Friday at 10 am with Pastor James Ogden officiating.
