LINDSEY, Carolyn L. Davis, 69, of Brookside, Ohio, died Saturday December 31, 2011 at home. She was born in Parkersburg, W.Va., on January 19, 1942, a daughter of the late Aloysius Lawrence Davis and Barbara Irene Catlipp Davis. Carolyn was a former coordinator with the Belmont County Community Action Commission. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters: Dora Johnson, Barbara Powell; brothers: Aloysius Davis Jr., Robert Davis, Earl Davis; granddaughters Jessica and Ava Lindsey; former husband Frank Lindsey Jr., and a companion Darryl Watson. Carolyn is survived by six children: Scott Lindsey and his wife Kathleen of Oley, Pa., Frank ?Kip? Lindsey, Sean Lindsey and his wife Amy, all of Bridgeport; three daughters: Tamara Hocker and her husband Frederic Sr., of Bellaire, Ohio, Joelle Johnson and her husband Chris, and Shannon Lindsey, all of Bridgeport; two sisters: Donna Rickert of Erie, Pa., and Deborah Fields and her husband Larry of Indianapolis, IN., 23 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Friday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio, where services will be held Saturday January 7, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
