Carolyn Ann Runyan Miller 74, of Bridgeport died Sunday November 30, 2014 at Liza's Place Wheeling. She was born March 10, 1940 in Wheeling, a daughter James Gray and Helen (Gray) Payne. She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church Bridgeport. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband William J. Miller and step-father Russell Payne. Carolyn is survived by her children Linda Gregg of Bridgeport, James (Delores) Runyan of Jacobsburg, Carla (David) Bryan of Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. And Lisa Runyan of Wheeling, her step-children William (Gloria) Miller of Martins Ferry, Ed Miller of Columbus, Brian (Evelyn) Miller of Bridgeport, and Steve (Jamie) Miller of St. Clairsville, seven grandchildren Jeremy Garrison, Melanie Lopes, Joel Gregg, Jenna Hrubes, Megan Arnold, Lauren Tolbert, and Ashley Runyan, seven great grandchildren, a brother Roy Dale Grey, and a nephew Roy D. Grey both of Wheeling. Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside on Wednesday December 3, 2014 from 4-8 pm, where services will be held on Thursday at 10 am with Fr. John Mucha officiating, interment in Holly Memorial Gardens Pleasant Grove. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Seeing Hand Foundation 750 Main S.
