TOGETHER AGAIN

Wensyel, Catherine R. (Bluthardt) of Wheeling, WV passed away on October 6, 2019 at Good Shepherd Nursing Home.

Catherine was born June 13, 1924, the third daughter of the late William and Gladys (Tanks) Bluthardt of Bridgeport, OH.  She was a loving wife to Charles Joseph Wensyel for 56 years and mother to their four children: Bill (Pat) Wensyel of McMurray, PA; John (Mary Kay) Wensyel of Wheeling, WV; Cathy (Ken) Brown of Bellville, OH and Mike (Debbie) Wensyel of Wheeling, WV.

She was a long-time member of the Tiltonsville United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a still-born son, Bobbie and three sisters, Gladys Bluthardt, Martha Koehline, and Dorothy Jepson.

In addition to her four children, she is survived by thirteen grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.

Friends will be received Wednesday, October 9th, from 2-4p.m. and 6-8p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd. Bridgeport, OH where funeral services will be held Thursday at 10a.m. with Pastor Daniel Holt officiating.  Interment to follow at Holly Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the charity of your choosing.
