Cecilia "Cil" Stach DeRoy 91 of Delaware, Ohio formerly Dillonvale, died Saturday November 10, 2012 at Sarah Health Care Center Delaware, Ohio. She was born August 28, 1921 in Allentown, Pa., a daughter of the late John and Julia (Kohopeka) Stach. She was a member of the Dillonvale Presbyterian Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband William Henry DeRoy, a brother John (Jay) Stach, and sisters Patricia Roberts, and Helen Kafka. Cil is survived by a son William (Wendy) DeRoy of Powell, Ohio, and a daughter Valerie (Patrick) Wallis of Colorado, four grandchildren John Michael, Elizabeth Anne, Mary Lynn, and Samuel Robert DeRoy.
