Celia M. (Pietrzak) Horton, 96, of Martins Ferry, OH died Saturday, Dec. 10, 2016 at her residence. She was born July 22, 1920 in Washington, PA a daughter of the late John and Bertha (Barbarowski) Pietrzak. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John H. "Bud" Horton, brothers; Andy and Carl Pietrzak and sister Jane Kozak. Surviving are her daughter, Brenda J. Horton and a nephew Kalis Kozak both of Martins Ferry. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 11:00 am at Belmont County Memorial Park, St Clairsville, OH with Rev. Tom Marut officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church, 20 N. 4th St., Martins Ferry, OH.
