Chad A. Ullom, 41, of Barton, OH died October 14, 2018.  He was born June 19, 1977, a son of Sandra (Channel) Ullom Roberts and the late Fredrick Ullom.  In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Carl F. Bauer.  Chad is survived by his mother, Sandra Ullom Roberts; fiancé, Alyssa Rader; children, Hailey, Anthony, Cecilia, and Jonathan Ullom; and sister, Christina (Bruce) Yates.  A memorial service will be held Friday, October 19, 2018 at 6pm at the Barton Social Hall .  Arrangements entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, Bridgeport.  To offer online condolences please visit wilsonfuneralhomes.com.
