Charles "Charlie" A. Abbott, 45, of Seabrights Lane, Martins Ferry, OH died Wed., Mar., 8, 2006 at home. He was born Dec. 27, 1960 in Wheeling, WV a son of Inez (Davis) Abbott of Winchester, VA. and the late Howard Abbott, Jr. Surviving in addition to his mother are a brother Howard (Cindy) Abbott of Dillwyn, VA, five sisters Dorthia Koehler, Jacklyn Ryan both of Martins Ferry, Linda (Paul) Westfall of Bridgeport, OH, Loretta (Al) Galano of Winchester, VA and Kathleen (David) Burchett of Dillwyn, VA, several nieces and nephews including David Hudec and Michael Ryan. Memorial services will be held Sat., Mar. 11, 2006 at 1:00 PM at Webster Hall, 408 Hanover St., Martins Ferry, OH with Rev. William O. Webster officiating.
