Charles E. Porter, 57, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died Sunday, February 1, 2015 at East Ohio Regional Hospital. He was born June 29, 1957 in Greenville, South Carolina, son of Jean Roch. Charles proudly served his country in the United States Army. Charles wishes were to have a private service and interment at the convenience of his family.
