St. John, Charles "Ed", 83, of Brookside, Ohio, died Sunday October 10, 2010 at East Ohio Regional Hospital. He was born at Bridgeport, Ohio on April 2, 1927, a son of the late Roy and F. Elizabeth Wright St. John. Charles was a life long Notre Dame fan; a member of the Bridgeport Eagles, a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, the Bridgeport American Legion; a retired employee of Wheeling Steel, Yorkville Plant; and a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII. Charles is survived by three sons: Bill St. John of Clearwater, Fla., Tom St. John (Sandy) of Weaverville, NC., Bob St. John (Lisa) of Safety Harbor, Fla., a daughter: Mary Beth Sanford (Dan) of Lewis Center, Ohio; six grandchildren: Jason, Justin, Chelsea, Jordan St. John and Emily and Paige Sanford.
