Charles A. Taylor Charles A. Taylor, 63, of Martins Ferry, OH, died Sat., Jan. 25, 2003 at Heartland-Lansing Nursing Home, Bridgeport. He was born Jan. 28, 1939 in Jacobsburg, OH, a son of the late Clarence A. and Norma (Haught) Taylor. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army and a member of the Bellaire Veterans of Foreign Wars. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Richard Taylor and a sister Nina Burch. Surviving are four sisters Carol (Russell) Williams of Shadyside, OH, Barbara Cruise of Martins Ferry, Pat Rosenberg of Easton, PA and Wilma (George) Headley of Millersburg, OH.
