THREETS, Charles Raymond, 58, of Martins Ferry, Ohio, died Thursday May 13, 2010 in Wheeling Hospital. He was born at Chicago, IL, on October 30, 1951, a son of the late Claude and Hazel Jackson Threets. Charles was a former Noble County Corrections Officer. He is survived by his daughter, Chevelle Threets and a son, Isiah Threets, both of Martins Ferry; two sisters: Delores West of San Diego, Calif. And Midge Brown of Columbus, Ohio; a brother, Roger Brown of Texas; and one grandchild. Friends will be received Tuesday May 18, 2010 from 1:00 until the time of service at 2:00p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio.
