Charles Edward Tuttle Jr., 74, of Wheeling, passed away Tuesday, May 9th, 2023, in Wheeling Hospital.  He was born on June 7, 1948, in Wheeling, the only child of the late Charles and Katherine (Shaffer) Tuttle Sr.  Chuck retired from Buckeye Exterminating, was Christian by faith, and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers, Pirates and Penn State fan.  He loved to shoot pool, play softball, having played for many teams in the Ohio Valley and also coached softball, baseball and wrestling for several years.

Chuck is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Kathleen (Putorek) Tuttle; a daughter, Jennifer Ann Tuttle and her partner, Norman Ritchea; a son, Shawn (Rebecca) Tuttle; six grandchildren, Brandon Davis, David Phillips, Emma Tuttle, Shya Tuttle, Cole Charles Ritchea and Jayce Tuttle; and his beloved companion, Sheamus.

Friends may call Saturday from 12 to 3:30 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside, services will be celebrated at 3:30 with Shirley Myers as celebrant.
