Charles F. Vickers Charles F. Vickers, 83, of Hobe Sound, FL, formerly of Massillon, OH died Thur., June 13, 2002 in Hobe Sound. He was born Oct. 11, 1919 in Martins Ferry, OH a son of the late Fred and Mae Williams Vickers. He was a retired self employed painter and a veteran of the U.S. Army WWII. Surviving are his wife Cindy Sellards Vickers, two sons Charles L. and Michael Vickers both of Canton, OH, a step-daughter Kim Sellards of Fla., a sister Dorothy Franke and her husband Bill of Colerain, four grandchildren, and several great grandchildren. Memorial services were held Monday, June 17, 2002 in Forest Hills Cemetery, Palm City, FL. Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH in charge of local arrangements.
