Charles G. "Woody" Weatherson, 70, of Market St., Yorkville, OH died Sunday, July 2, 2006 at Peterson Rehabilitation Hospital, Wheeling, WV. He was born June 16, 1936 a son of J. Albert and Daisy Bell (Coss) Weatherson. He was retired from the Martins Ferry plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel and was a Presbyterian. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Jean (Poling) Zuboski Weatherson, two brothers Thomas Daley and James Weatherson, and a sister Margaret Marr. Surviving are two step-daughters Leslie J. Zuboski of Smithfield and Susan (Robert) Bradberry of Verbena, AL, a step-son Todd (Rita) Zuboski of Cincinnati, and a sister Betty Dolenc of Martins Ferry. Friends will be received Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Wednesday, July 5, 2006 at 11:00 AM with Rev. William O. Webster officiating. Burial follows in Upland Cemetery, Yorkville, OH.
