Charlie "Toothpick" Woods, 45 of Quaker City, passed away on May 1, 2024, at home. He was born on March 9, 1979, in Wheeling West Virginia, the son of David Eugene Woods and Charla Joette Cain.

Charlie was an auto-mechanic for over 20 years and recently became the owner of his very own shop, which he was very proud of. He was a man of many talents and qualities, making friends and being the first to offer help to anyone in need are just a few of them. Charlie will be remembered as a faithful member of the Grim Reapers Motorcycle Club where he first gained the name "Toothpick". Memories of all the family bonfires and cookouts filled with the famous 'Charlie Chicken' will stay with his loved ones forever.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife Angie Woods, brothers and sisters; Brandon (Sara) Cain, Jessica (Andy) Bettinazzi, Jed (Kim) Woods, Jared Woods, children; Ariana (Danny) Johnston, Alayna Woods, Slayde Woods and Leonidas Woods, grandchildren; Eleanor and Koen Johnston and many loving nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends, Saturday, May 11, 2024, from 3 pm to 7 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home-Barnesville Chapel, 702 E. Main St. Barnesville, OH, with a Memorial Service at 7 PM.
