Charlotte Fisher, 79, of Bridgeport died Friday, April 18, 2008 in East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. Charlotte was born February 27, 1929, a daughter of the late Charles and Bessie Delesk Baboul. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, James Richard Fisher Sr.; step mother, Ida Baboul; two brothers, John and Paul Baboul. Charlotte was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and the American Legion, Bridgeport. She was retired from Bobbie Brooks. She is survived by her son, James Richard Fisher, Jr and his wife, Phyllis of Bridgeport; two grandsons, James Richard Fisher III of Colerain and Joseph Michael Fisher of Bridgeport; two sisters, Louise Roberts of Florida and Mary Baboul of Dublin, OH. Visitation will be at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral service will be Tuesday at 10:00 am at St Paul's Lutheran Church, Brookside with Pastor Scott Ness officiating. Everyone please meet at the church. Interment to follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
