Charlotte V. Stead Charlotte V. (Kyser) Stead, 86, formerly of Spring Hts., Bridgeport, OH, died Thurs Nov. 20, 2003 at Forest Hills Retirement Center, St. Clairsville, OH. She was born Apr. 14, 1917 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late John and Anna Mae (Milbert) Kyser. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence N. Stead and two brothers William & Louis Kyser. Surviving are two daughters Martha McConnaughy of Bridgeport and Sally Yount of Cleveland, four sisters Anna Mae Johnson and Mary Elizabeth (Frank) Baxter both of Bridgeport and Beatrice (Francis) Heaton and Margaret (Joseph) Rico both of Colerain, thirteen grandchildren Patrick (Cassi) McConnaughy, Rebecca and William McConnaughy, Beth Anne and Thomas McConnaughy, James (Sheri) McConnaughy, and Mark, Janet, and Scott McConnaughy, Judy (Rick) Harcar, Mary (Jim) Billie, Amy Rutherford, and Pam (Al) Peci, and ten great grandchildren. Friends will be received Sat., Nov. 22, 2003 from 12:30 PM until time of services at 2:30 PM when Rev. Paul A. Kuzma will officiate at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH. Burial follows in Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry, OH.
