Cheryl Darlene Horne passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2022, in Ruby Hospital, Morgantown. She was born on November 30, 1948, in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Russell K. Hood and Vera Mae (Graham) Reeb and Kenneth Reeb. She was a member of the Martins Ferry First Christian Church. Cheryl enjoyed mowing grass and gardening, cooking, and baking, crocheting, car shows and loved spending time with her family and friends. She was talented beyond description and there was not anything she would not attempt to do.

Cheryl is survived by her children, Tina (Bill) Fedorko, Tammy (Adam) Mitchell, Jay Delbrugge; step children, Dave (Becky) Horne Jr., Gail (Robbie) Mann, Scott (Missy) Horne and Brian Horne; 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; two sisters, Cindy (Rich) Bickerstaff and Becky (Randy) Baker; a brother-in-law, Bob VanKirk; many nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog Snickers.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, David A. Horne Sr.; brother, Sonny Reeb and a sister, Kathy VanKirk.

Friends may call Monday from 4-8 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
