Cheryl Christine Schafer of Hurricane, West Virginia, formerly of Martins Ferry, Ohio passed away on December 30, 2020 at CAMC Memorial Hospital in Charleston, West Virginia. Cheryl was born May 23, 1946 in Wheeling, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Harry and  Florence (Kemo) Schafer. She is survived by her sister Jan (Denny) Lewis of LaQuinta, California. Cheryl was a graphic artist at Stone & Thomas in Wheeling and Charleston, West Virginia. She was also a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Martins Ferry and Ascension Catholic Church in Hurricane, West Virginia. Cheryl enjoyed using her graphic skills to make greeting cards and posters for her family and friends. She also enjoyed her Bible study and ladies luncheons. We will miss her talents as well as her kind heart and gentle spirit. Cheryl's celebration of life will be announced by the family at a future date.
