Christopher L. J. Carmalt, 26, of Deep Run Rd., Martins Ferry, OH died on Monday, April 20, 2009. He was born May 23, 1982 in Steubenville, OH a son of Lawrence J. Carmalt, Sr. and Vivian (Trouten) Carmalt. He was a customer service representative for J.A.K. Productions of Wheeling, WV and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Chris was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Albert J. Trouten and his paternal grandparents, Stephen L. and Juanita Carmalt. Surviving in addition to his parents of Martins Ferry, are his wife Shenelle A. (Antill) Carmalt, a son Isiah Onofry, two daughters Trinity and Tera Carmalt, five brothers Leeland Carmalt and Lawrence Carmalt, Jr. both of Tigard, OR, Raymond Pados of Madison, MS, Brian Pados of Yorkville, OH, and Stephen Carmalt of Martins Ferry, two sisters Carola Carmalt of Yorkville and Kerri Nickerson of Wheeling, and a his maternal grandmother Betty Lou Trouten of Martins Ferry. Friends will be received Monday, April 27, 2009, from 11 am until time of services at 1:00 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, Ohio with the Rev. William O.
