Cilyne H. (Hall) Pickana, 55, of Martins Ferry, OH died Sunday, February 21, 2016 at her residence. She was born June 23, 1960 in Guam a daughter of the late Robert and Lucile (Martin) Hall. She was a Methodist by faith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Donald Hall. Surviving are her children, Benjamin Burt of Columbia, MO and Nicole (Nick) Larkin of Knob Noster, MO, grandchildren, Makayla, Lanee and Krysta and her Uncle Jim and Aunt Lynne Bowman of Greensboro, NC.
