Cindy L. (Dagan) Kinder, 57, of Martins Ferry, OH died Thursday, Feb. 2, 2017 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. She was born April 20, 1959 in Wheeling, WV a daughter of Jack Dagan, Sr. of Martins Ferry and the late Joyce Ann (Sabic) Dagan. Surviving are her daughter, Shae (Darek) Beck of Pickerington, OH, brother, Jack (Kim) Dagan, Jr. of St. Clairsville, OH, grandchildren; Landen and Kade Beck, niece, Madison Dagan and nephew, Ian Dagan. Friends will be received at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH Sunday, Feb. 5, 2017 from 3:00 pm until time of service at 5:00 pm with Rev. William O. Webster officiating.
