Cindy Stone, 72, of Martins Ferry, passed away, Wednesday, December 24, 2025, in Wheeling Hospital. She was born on March 3, 1953, in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Donald and Evelyn Bauknecht. Cindy enjoyed needle point, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband of over 50 years, Terry Stone; and several nieces and nephews.

Cindy was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.

Friends may call Friday, January 2, 2026, from 3-5 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home, Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry. A memorial service will be held Friday at 5 pm with Reverend James Hoff officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
