Clara Elizabeth ""Sis"" Hooper 69, of Harvey Ave. Mingo Junction, Ohio at her home, she was born February 19, 1940 in Glen Dale W.V., a daughter of the late Dale and Anna Laura (Baker) Looman. Clara was Customer Service Representative for Sears, a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church Mingo Junction and past president of the CWC. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Ted D. Hooper, and a brother Kenneth ""Butch"" Looman. Surviving is a daughter Stacy Hooper of Pittsburgh, Pa., a step-son Dennis Hooper of Boardman Oh.,a Brother Charles Looman and His wife Betty of Mingo Junction Oh. Members of the family will receive friends at the Wilson Funeral Home 115 Union Ave. Mingo Junction on Sunday from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8, Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday December 28, 2009 at 10am at St Agnes Catholic Church Mingo Junction, Vigil services will be Sunday at 7:45 at the Funeral Home .
