DeVault Jr., Clarence Albert ""Al"", 81, of Rayland, Ohio, died Friday February 19, 2010, at the home of his daughter in Mount Pleasant, Ohio. He was born in Barton, Ohio on July 2, 1928, a son of the late Clarence A. DeVault Sr. and Frances Klier DeVault. Al was a retired employee of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Corp., Martins Ferry plant; a member of the Yorkville VFW; and a U.S. Air Force Veteran. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Mary Ann DeVault. Al is survived by his son, Greg DeVault of Las Vegas, NV.; a daughter, Debbie Stewart and her husband Bill of Mt. Pleasant; a brother: Gerald DeVault of Columbus, Ohio; three step-daughters: Michele Rinkes of Columbus, Denise (Mark) Flint of Rayland, Arleen (Bill) Bloom of Rayland; a stepson: James (Candy) Rinkes of Martins Ferry; grandchildren: Todd Orban; Aaron Stewart; Nichole DeVault; and numerous step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Wilson Funeral Home, 102 Main Street, Tiltonsville, Ohio, where services will be held Thursday February 25, 2010, at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Dan Holt, officiating.
