Clarence E. "Bud" Runnion, 61, of Deep Run Rd., Martins Ferry, OH died Sun., Oct. 3, 2004 at Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling, WV. He was born Jul. 2, 1943 at Martins Ferry, OH a son of the late Clarence and Alberta (Hungerman) Runnion. He was retired from the I.B.E.W. Local Union #71, and a member of the First Baptist Church, Martins Ferry, OH. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Robert L. Runnion. Surviving are his wife Emma (Sockman) Runnion, two daughters Lisa Runnion of Martins Ferry and Lori Runnion of SC, six sisters Phyllis Easton and Vickie Kettler both of Wheeling, Patricia Speidel of St. Mary's, WV, Linda Rupp and Karen Bishop both of Martins Ferry and Joyce Jackson of Bridgeport and nine grandchildren. Friends will be received Tues., 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry where services will be held Wed., Oct 6, 2004 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Joseph Sanders officiating. Burial follows in Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry, OH.
