Cleo Sommer Dull passed away in the early hours of December 25, 2020. She is preceded in death by her husband Ernest Dull, brothers Ervin, Keith, Donald, and Sister Iris. She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Dull Duff (Columbus), her grandchildren Meryl Duff (Jersey City, New Jersey) and Justin Duff (Columbus) and brother Lee (Florida) and sister Rhea (Findlay), and countless nieces and nephews.

As a lifelong resident of the Ohio Valley, she worked for 40 years at the Martin's Ferry branch of Citizens Bank, eventually becoming the Vice President. As a formidable part of the community, she was active in her church and volunteered on Wednesdays to serve food and donated clothes and goods. Cleo liked to take pictures of her family at every turn, creating a collection of thousands of memories for us to forever enjoy. Her family was always prepared with AAA memberships, survival kits for storms, extra batteries, and of course a piggy bank to hold your extra change. Her grandchildren also included family pets, Jesse, Dale, and Walter, who will forever be grateful for the extra treats and new toys.

According to Cleo's wishes there will be no visitation and private service and interment will be held at the convenience of the family at Holly Memorial Gardens Pleasant Grove with Rev James Hoff officiating. Wilson Funeral Home Heslop Chapel 415 Walnut St. Martins Ferry assisting the family.
