Clifford E. "Bud" Steele, 78, of St. Clairsville, OH formerly of Bridgeport, OH died Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2011 at Park Health Center, St. Clairsville. He was born Feb. 22, 1933 in Martins Ferry, OH a son of the late William and Laura (Bennett) Steele. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother William Steele, Jr., and a sister Barbara Winzenreid. Surviving are two sisters Vera O'Hara of Bridgeport, and Alberta Moore of Martins Ferry, and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Friday 2-4 & 6-8 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Saturday, Dec. 31, 2011 at 11:00 am with Rev. Van D.
