Cohen Pyles, 15, of Glendale, passed away  Wednesday, May 10, 2023, in Liza's Place.  He was born on December 20, 2007, in Martins Ferry, a son of Haley Stidd.  He attended John Marshall High School, enjoyed playing with slime, collecting plushies, and loved all animals especially cats.

Cohen is survived by his loving mother, Haley Stidd and stepfather, Michael McGlumphy; a brother, Kolton McGlumphy; a sister, KayLynn McGlumphy; maternal grandparents, Rick and Sherry Lavenski; great-grandma, Carrie Pyles, uncles, Jake Stidd and Justin McGlumphy;  aunts, Suzy Hoff and Cindy Staat; and, two cousins Dante McGlumphy and Catelyn Starr, friends, Sage Wise, Sam McGlumphy and Danielle Waldrop; and estranged father George Pyles.

He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Sharon Battistone and Dorothy Ann Pyles; aunt, Breanne Stidd; and uncle, Ben Stidd.

Friends may call Wednesday from 4-7 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home, Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry.  Funeral Service will be held Wednesday at 7 pm in the funeral home with Reverend James Hoff officiating.
