Constance Lee "Connie" Kurko 82, of Martins Ferry passed away Monday February 27, 2023, at Wheeling Hospital.

She was born June 14, 1940, in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Michael Sr. and Gertrude (Romel) Kurko.

She was the owner and operator of the former Martins Ferry Glove and Safety Co. in Florence, and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings Michael Kurko Jr. Sam, and Nick Kurko, and Joanne Bess.

Connie is survived by her sisters Patricia Kelley of Glenn Robins, and Shirley Kurko of Florence, also several nieces and nephews.

According to Connie's request there will be no visitation and private services were held at the convience of the family. Wilson Funeral Home Heslop Chapel 415 Walnut St. Martins Ferry assisting the family.
