Constance M. "Connie" (Miller) Riethmiller, 87, of Martins Ferry, OH died Monday, March 7, 2011 at Park Health Center, St. Clairsville, OH. She was born April 13, 1923 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Edward and Rose (Koch) Miller. Connie was a graduate of Bridgeport High School. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and Lilac Twig of East Ohio Regional Hospital both of Martins Ferry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Bernard J.A. Miller and two sisters Laura Harris and Charlotte Miller. Surviving are her husband of 67 years, Roy M. Riethmiller, two sons David (Diane) Riethmiller and Paul (Paula) Riethmiller all of Martins Ferry, OH, five grandchildren Jessica (Brandon) Rossi, and Scot, Ryan, Amie and Erik Riethmiller, and a great grandchild Reese Riethmiller. Friends will be received Friday 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH where services will be held Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 1:00 pm with Revs. David Stammerjohn and Dr. Bill N. Lawrence officiating. Burial follows in Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry, OH. Deacons of the church will hold a prayer service Friday at 7:00 pm in the funeral home.
