Constance Lynn Saffell, 75 of Luzerne, Michigan died Wednesday, December 21, 2021. She was born December 3, 1946, in Martins Ferry, Ohio. She was the daughter of the late John and Lois (Hobaugh) Spragg.

She was a member of the Presbyterian, Inter Denominational, Methodist, and Messianic faith ministries. Connie was continually active in ministering to the poor and needy in Ohio, New York, and Florida. She was an engineering Technician at Christian Television Stations near New York City and Miami Florida.

Connie was retired from the Spic & Span Cleaners of Wheeling.

She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Charles Saffell, her children; Michael (Megan) Saffell of Milford New Hampshire, Matt Saffell of Portland, Oregon, and Paul (Tami) Saffell of Taylor Michigan, grandchildren; Alexander, Ryan, and Lucas Saffell, sister; Judy Robert of Mt. Pleasant, Mary Sutton, and Debra Brisentine of South Carolina.

Friends will be received Monday, December 27, 2021, from 11:00 am till time of Service at 1:00pm at the Wilson Funeral Home, 154 Second St., Dillonvale, with the Rev. James Hoff officiation. Interment will be at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove at the convenience of the family.
