Coy Michaels, 91, of Grant Ave., Martins Ferry, OH, died Fri., Feb. 9, 2007 at home. He was born Apr. 11, 1915 in Martins Ferry a son of the late Mike and Bertha (Visnic) Mikesinovich. Coy was a member of the Martins Ferry Eagles Aerie #456 and the Ironworkers Union Local #459. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife Veronica (Zomonski) Michaels, three brothers Sam Mikesinovich, Roxy Mikesinovich and Mike McKaye. Surviving are his wife Violet "Pat" (Kinchey) Michaels, two sons Coy C. (Bonnie) Michaels of Martins Ferry and Michael R. (Sandy) Michaels of Bucyrus, OH, a step-daughter Patricia Torbett of Ft. Pierce, FL, a sister Mildred Mamula of Colerain, OH, four grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with interment in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH.
