Obituary

Cynthia J. (Carroll) Pollock, 61, of Martins Ferry, OH died Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry. She was born July 27, 1956 in Martins Ferry a daughter of the late Paul and Mary (Turner) Carroll.
Cynthia was a former home health aide and an employee of Bobbie Brooks.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Lonnie Curry and John Carroll and sister Judy Keener.
Surviving are her husband of 19 years James Pollock, brothers, Robert "Butch" (Birdy) Curry of Blanchard, OH and Paul (Susan) Carroll of Columbus, OH, sisters Linda Sopjack of Mechanicsville, MD and Becky (Robert) Miklas of Martins Ferry, daughter-in-law, Carrie McGhee, grandchildren, Andrew, Jeremiah and Andrea Booker and great grandchild, Amika Vincent.
Friends will be received Saturday, November 18, 2017 at the Heslop Funeral Home, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry from 2-4 p.m and 6 p.m. until time of services at 8:00 p.m. with Rev. David Stammerjohn officiating. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
Deacons of the church will hold services Saturday at 7:45 p.m. in the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church, 400 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH 43935.
