Cynthia J. "Cindy "Call, 65 of Mt. Pleasant formerly Ramsey passed away peacefully Friday, October 13, 2023, at the Forest Hills Care Center in St. Clairsville, Ohio surrounded by her loving family.  She was born April 8, 1958, the daughter of the late Joseph K. and Doris J. (Stromski) Ceculski.

Cindy was a retired teller for the People's National Bank Mt. Pleasant, and a member of St. Casimir Catholic Church Adena, she loved to garden and to follow her grandchildren in sports. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, David on September 27, 2023, and her brother Kenneth J. Ceculski.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving and devoted sons, Jerad (Joanna) Call of Mt. Pleasant, Sean (Erica) Call of Dillonvale, grandchildren, Addison, Aiden, Alexis, Alyssa, and Evelyn Call.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, from 10am till time of service at 12 noon with Rev. Jim Hoff officiating, at the Wilson Funeral Home, 154 Second Street, Dillonvale, Ohio 43917. Burial to follow at Holly Memorial Garden, Pleasant Grove, Ohio.
