Cindy Lash, 73 of Colerain passed away peacefully surrounded by her beloved

family on Tuesday January 5 at Trinity West Medical Center after a courageous

battle with cancer.  She was born January 15, 1947 in Martins Ferry, Ohio.

Cindy is preceded in death by her parents Betty (Myers) Merritt and Harold

Merritt.

She is survived by her sons David M. Lash (Amy) of Farmington, OH and

Daniel Lash of Colerain, OH. Grandchildren Jacob Lash, Isaac Lash, Lydia Lash all

Colerain, OH and Kyrie (Chris) Von Denes of Mildenhall, England. One Great

grandchild Arya Von Denes, and many friends too numerous to mention.

Cindy was a 1964 graduate of Martins Ferry High School and a lifelong

mother and homemaker.  Her family meant more to her than anything.  Her

proudest moments came in raising her two sons and helping with her grandchildren

in anyway.  She was always there for her family and friends whenever she was

needed at any moment's notice.

The family would like to thank all her friends who helped her with her

battle with cancer.  Their words of support and encouragement were invaluable.

Also, a special thank you to the doctors and staff at Trinity Medical Center West for

the care that she was given during her last days.

Friends and family will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National

Road, Brookside, OH.  On Monday January 11, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

where services will be held on Tuesday January 12 2021 at 12:00 p.m. with Rev.

Margie Carr officiating, interment Holly Memorial Gardens Pleasant Grove. Because of the COVID 19 virus mask wearing and social distancing will be observed.
