Cynthia M. (Keringer) Kurtley, 49, died Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at her residence. She was born June 10, 1966 in Bellaire, OH a daughter of the late Joseph and Bonnie (Foster) Keringer. Surviving are her children; Brandon Kawthom of Morgantown, WV, Franklynnette Myers of Columbus, OH, Larry Kurtley and Michael Kurtley both of Martins Ferry, OH and Joshua Kurtley of Bridgeport, OH.
