CYNTHIA ?CINDY? MARTIN, 54, of Brookside, died Thursday, March 4, 2010 at Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling. She was born June 3, 1955 in Wheeling, the daughter of the late Donald and Shirley Armstrong and Thomas McNeil. Cindy was a Licensed Practical Nurse. She is survived by her husband, David of Brookside; a son, David and his wife Alishia of Bridgeport; two brothers, Ken McNeil and his wife Gina of Livonia, NY and Shawn Armstrong and his wife Staci of Blaine; two step-brothers, Donald Armstrong of Glendale, WV and Bruce Armstrong of Dallas, WV; two grandsons, Dakota and Logan Martin; several aunts and uncles; as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Visitation will be Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside, where funeral services will be held Monday at 1 pm with Reverend David Demarest officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
