Dale Byard E. Dale Byard, 63, of Broadway St., Martins Ferry, OH died Sat., Nov. 22, 2003, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. He was born Jan. 26, 1940 in Bellaire a son of the late Elmer L. and Mary Jane (Ryan) Byard. He was a security guard for U.S. Securities and a member of Trinity Assembly of God, Martins Ferry. Surviving are his wife Harriet L. (Gramatikos) Byard, three sons Bob (Sally) Byard of Asheville, NC, Rick (Marge) Byard of Yorkville, and Jeff Byard of Martins Ferry, three daughters Lisa (Steve) Moreland of Tiltonsville, Nikki (Skip) Unger of Front Royal, VA, and Susan (Jamie) Caprita of Martins Ferry, two brothers Terry (Kathy) Byard of Martins Ferry and Ron Byard of Bellaire, three sisters Linda (Ron) Long of Rayland, Trudy (Dave) Maag of Sulphur Springs, TX, and Carolyn (John) Rose of Wheeling, nine grandchildren and a great grandson. Friends will be received Mon. 7-9 PM and Tue. 11 AM until time of services at 1:00 PM with Pastor Roland Boggs officiating at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH.
