Dale Lewis Lude Jr., 78, of Belmont, Ohio, passed Saturday December 20, 2014 at Wheeling Hospital. He was born July 15, 1936 a son of the late Dale Lude Sr., and Harriot Greenlee Lude. Dale was a farmer and a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church, St. Clairsville. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife Charlotte Lude; a son David Lude; sisters: Lois Rehl and Myrna Morgan. Dale is survived by his wife Dola Wease Lude, daughters: Linda Caggiano of Apopka, Fla., Ruth Mennom of NC., Patty (Bruce) DeLong of Lancaster, Ohio, Becky (Jeff) Leyster of Berkeley, Ca., a son John (Crystal) Lude of Bellville, Ohio; stepsons: Brian Lloyd of St. Clairsville, Bruce Lloyd of Cedar Hill, Missouri, Mark Lloyd of Alabama; a stepdaughter Debra (Don) Bourbon of Cedar Hill, MO.; 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Ohio, and also on Wednesday December 24, 2014 from 10 until time of service at 11:00 at Christ the King Lutheran Church, St. Clairsville with Pastor Sharon VanDam officiating.
