Dale W. Proctor 82, of Major Road Dillonvale, died Friday December25, 2009 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, he was born August 20, 1927 in Martins Ferry, a son of the late Winfield H. and Alma (Cecil) Proctor. Dale was a retired employee of Wheeling- Pitt Steel Mingo plant, a member of the former V.F.W. of Martins Ferry, and a veteran of WWII in the US Army. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his Wife Evelyn (Fry) Proctor, two sisters Nellie Sanetznick and Violet Proctor. Surviving are three sons Dale "Allen" Proctor of Martins Ferry, David Proctor and his wife Diane of Martins Ferry, Mark Proctor of Colerain, and a daughter Beverly Amie and her husband Gary of Colerain, 16 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Monday December 28 from 5-8 pm at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Road, Brookside, Oh, where services will be held on Tuesday December 29 at 11 am with Rev.
