Dalton Clyde "Wally" Wallace, 84, of Belmont, Ohio died Friday, August 3, 2012 at Wheeling Hospital. He was born January 11, 1928, son of the late Dalton Wallace and Lillian Cathers Wallace. He was retired from Local Iron Workers 549. He was a member of Master Gardeners and Masonic Friendship Lodge #89 in Barnesville, Ohio. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Pauline Wallace; and granddaughter, Kelly Wright. Wally is survived by his wife of 40 years, Julia A. Wallace; sons, Kelly Wallace of Morristown, Ohio, Barney (Mary) Wallace and Louis (Kathy) Schaner all of Belmont, Ohio, Scott (Sheryl) Schaner of Barnesville, Ohio, and Blaine (Bonnie) Wright of Galax, Virginia; Karen Secrist of Mt. Airy, North Carolina; grandchildren, Christina Johnson, Evan Schaner, Jessica Schaner, and Melinda Wright; and three great-grandchildren. Friends may visit, Monday 2 to 8 p.m., Kelly Kemp Braido & Patron Funeral Home, 322 North Main Street, Bethesda, Ohio where Military Services will be conducted, Tuesday 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery, Bellaire, Ohio. Masonic Services will be conducted, Monday 6:30 p.m., at the funeral home.
