Dan R. Hoffman, 51, of Martins Ferry, OH, died Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at his residence. He was born December 1, 1965 in Bellaire, OH a son of Dan B. Hoffman of Harrisville, OH and the late Peggy (Lawrence) Hoffman.

Dan was a retired coal miner.

Surviving are his wife, Donna J. (Daugherty) Hoffman, his step-mother, Lynn (Jones) Hoffman of Harrisville, sons; Dan R. Hoffman, Jr. of Martins Ferry and Justin W. Hoffman of Bellaire, OH, siblings; Curt Hoffman, Dane (Carolyn) Hoffman, Chasiti (Shane) Winzenried, Stephen Hoffman, Gary Hoffman, Ricky Hoffman and Sharon (Lee) Price.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
