Daniel M. Burch, 74, of N. 7th St., Martins Ferry, OH, formerly of Steubenville, OH died Mon., Nov. 15, 2004 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry, OH. He was born Jul. 5, 1930 in Georgetown, OH a son of the late Nellie (Conway) Burch Theiss and John A. Burch. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints and a veteran of the U.S. Army. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife Rosella (Muniz) Burch, his second wife Roxanne (Tappen) Burch, three brothers John, Earl and Charles Burch, and three sisters Grace Bishop, Mary Ebert, and Goldie Burch. Surviving are two sons Randy (Ruth Ann) Burch of Steubenville and Daniel Howard of Calif., a daughter Barbara Chambers of Utah, two sisters Alice "Liz" Cobey of Teresa, NY and Margaret Black of Canton, OH, his companion of many years Joann Davis of Steubenville, a stepson Robert Davis, and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Thurs., 7-9 PM and Fri., Nov. 19, 2004 from 10 AM until time of services at 11:00 AM at the Heslop Funeral Home, Walnut at Fifth, Martins Ferry, OH. Burial follows in Ft. Steuben Burial Estates, Wintersville.
