Daniel Allan Winland, 23, of Rayland, died Friday May 15, 2015, at UPMC Hospital Pittsburgh. He was born March 20, 1992 in Wheeling, a son of William F. Winland Jr. and Amy Billingsley of Rayland. He was a former employee of Phoenix Services in Mingo Junction, Ohio. Daniel is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather William F. Winland Sr. and his maternal grandfather Russell Billingsley both in 2011. In addition to his parents he is survived by his companion Kacie Crawford of Rayland, a sister Megan Winland and her son Brandon Wood Jr. of Tiltonsville, a brother William R. Winland of Rayland, his paternal grandmother Thelma (Mills) Winland of Piney Fork, and his maternal grandmother Anna (Habig) Billingsley of Rayland. Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 102 Main St. Tiltonsville on Monday May 18, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm, where services will be held on Tuesday at 11 am, interment in Holly Memorial Gardens Pleasant Grove.
