David Richard "Cookie" Cook Sr., 52, of Dillonvale, Ohio, passed Thursday October 1, 2015 at home. He was born in Steubenville on March 29, 1963, a son of the late Nathaniel "Bud" and Cecilia Wiczulis Cook-Renzler. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son Jeremy Daniel Cook, sisters Ruth Gombar and Pam Renforth. Dave was a member of Local #809, a member of Wells Township Sportsmen Club; Mingo Sportsmen Club and was an avid hunter. Dave is survived by his loving wife Mary Sears Cook whom he married June 5, 1992; a son and best friend David Cook Jr.; a daughter Heather Cook; he is also leaving behind three grandsons: Aaron Cook, Ryan Cook and Leeland (Cook) Core; two brothers: William (Liz) Cook, Robert Cook; and a sister Brenda (Donald) LaGassie.
